A fresh early Winter’s morning as light clouds briskly roll across the Third Quarter “Half” Moon, It’s surface illuminated by the Sun at exactly 50% and set against a mostly blue sky.
Such a beautiful view... suddenly and briefly interrupted by a Malindo Air Boeing 737, crossing the Moon right down the middle and also at 50%! Wow what a sight!!
Just so happens my neighbour Sheryl who was out for a walk, also saw the plane cross the Moon as she stopped to say hi!
Malindo Air 9M-LNS Boeing 737-8GP Crossing the Third Quarter Moon (50%) Heading for Denpasar after departing Brisbane. Speed 503kph, Altitude 6,279ft, Track 309°.
Although the pictures do lack a bit of dynamic range, I am still surpised at the quality from this old camera.
The camera first cama out in 2012, jpeg only and I've seen it offered at £7.50. Wow with decent editing it's great fun.

Yay, my newest girl, EX Cute Lien 'Angelic Sigh III', arrived a few days ago! Here she is in a mix & match outfit. Lien is my fave of the Pure Neemo dolls Azone is making. Angelic Sigh III Lien's also sporting one of the hairstyles I like most on dolls, including the haircolor, so of course she had to be my first Azone doll! :D
I also ordered a handful of Azone clothes and 3 pairs of shoes because they're all of such nice quality and I've been very pleased with their clothing line before. Azone dolls also have wider feet, so most of my dolly shoes belonging to Licca, Blythe, Momoko, etc, don't fit them. Customs did charge me again (nearly $50, wow, thanks a LOT >_>) but after several years you get used to it, as sucky as it is. When they "forget" to charge you or somehow overlook your package, it feels like Christmas though. *laugh* Sadly, no Christmas this time...
I'm still getting used to posing her correctly. Her body's so different from the rest of my dolls and the hands, both at the elbow joint and the wrists, do fall off rather easily but that also means it's easy to change her clothes and switch poses. She still has a sturdy body!
The fact she has has more meat on her bones than your average doll only adds to her uniqueness and attractiveness! ^_^ I always loved that about Pure Neemo. The legs in particular look very cute. Her chest and waist are very slim though! Slimmer than Licca and Blythe's. A lot of their clothes don't fit her that well (she also has longer arms).
I SIMPLY LOVE HER TO BITS. It's hard to believe how much cuter Lien looks in person! She comes with an adorable default outfit, extra dress and necklace, postcard, and booklet on how to care for her.

We were all prepared for a brocante weekend at PROT ROYAL, but alas, STRIKES were in full force Sunday with four out of five buses lines on strike::OH HELL NIX THAT IDEA::so we went for another lovely walk along our beloved canal! there we found a fun trio of picnicers! they brought a carpet of artificial green grass to lay upon the cement and cobblestones! TRES CHIC PICNIC!
Monday we were excited to finally to go to the PORT ROYAL BROCANTE so we got up early:::8AM! We hauled our butts to PONT ROYAL and arrived to a nice array of merchants near the LUXEMBOURG GARDENS!
There were some great photo ops of SCARY BROCANTE ITEMS =weird dolls and smiling teddy bears , and of course, the ever present SCARY AWFUL PAINTINGS! the winner being the FRANKENSTEIN CONDUCTOR!!! Even the 1890s CAT IN A BASKET done in needlework caused shivers to run up my spine!
Luckily we found some fun items sold by some sweet dealers= a TIN TIN WATCH 7euros, vintage 1930's champagne bucket (3 euros), 1920's cough drop tin (1 euro), one sterling and gold cuff link with mother of pearl and gold (5euros), an old doll's clothing suitcase (3 euros), and an old ALAIN SOUCHAIN 45 record (1 euro) for a friend!
Though the real find at the flea market was the FREE, thrown away, 1950's rotating image lamp! One of my pals collects these so I know these cost about 100 to 150 BUCKS! this one is of a windmill and missing a part, but still worth at least 50! wow!
After we proudly picked up the FREE lamp, we had another great find, though one we could not take home!
Our real find was a great CREPE MAKER! Very handsome, sweet, and antimated! TWO NUTELLA CREPES PLEASE! Oh they were perfect! He let us video his antics and his crepe=making skills! We will definately be on the lookout for him and his delicious crepes at our next PARIS BROCANTE! (We will bring him a huge jar of PEANUT BUTTER so he can make a PEANUT BUTTER and JELLY CREPE! Sure to be a fave amgonst the visiting AMERICANS who experience peanut butter withdrawls in PARIS!)

50/52: Ninja's Whiskers

Week 50!!!
Wow two weeks to go to complete this 52 week project!
I am very excited about that, but at the same time, kind of sad for it's to end.
The other day I found Ninja's whicker on the floor and realized again how thick they were.
Imagine if we had whiskers on our face....
Anyways, I have no idea what I will shoot for the next few weeks, however I would like those to be something inspirational for my photography.

IT TRUELY WAS A STERLING DAY IN PARIS!

We were all prepared for a brocante weekend at PROT ROYAL, but alas, STRIKES were in full force Sunday with four out of five buses lines on strike::OH HELL NIX THAT IDEA::so we went for another lovely walk along our beloved canal! there we found a fun trio of picnicers! they brought a carpet of artificial green grass to lay upon the cement and cobblestones! TRES CHIC PICNIC!
Monday we were excited to finally to go to the PORT ROYAL BROCANTE so we got up early:::8AM! We hauled our butts to PONT ROYAL and arrived to a nice array of merchants near the LUXEMBOURG GARDENS!
There were some great photo ops of SCARY BROCANTE ITEMS =weird dolls and smiling teddy bears , and of course, the ever present SCARY AWFUL PAINTINGS! the winner being the FRANKENSTEIN CONDUCTOR!!! Even the 1890s CAT IN A BASKET done in needlework caused shivers to run up my spine!
Luckily we found some fun items sold by some sweet dealers= a TIN TIN WATCH 7euros, vintage 1930's champagne bucket (3 euros), 1920's cough drop tin (1 euro), one sterling and gold cuff link with mother of pearl and gold (5euros), an old doll's clothing suitcase (3 euros), and an old ALAIN SOUCHAIN 45 record (1 euro) for a friend!
Though the real find at the flea market was the FREE, thrown away, 1950's rotating image lamp! One of my pals collects these so I know these cost about 100 to 150 BUCKS! this one is of a windmill and missing a part, but still worth at least 50! wow!
After we proudly picked up the FREE lamp, we had another great find, though one we could not take home!
Our real find was a great CREPE MAKER! Very handsome, sweet, and antimated! TWO NUTELLA CREPES PLEASE! Oh they were perfect! He let us video his antics and his crepe=making skills! This is my bus 9314... Its a TMC RTS. These buses were returned on August 26, they are gone now. I had a great time riding these this last week.
Finally got to ride a 6V92TA bus. What an awesome experience. This is what a real bus sounds like and Air Starter with Engine Oil Cap.
Checkout the freeway run from 7:00-13:50, Wow, incredible!!! More than five minutes of pure.

Luckily we found some fun items sold by some sweet dealers= a TIN TIN WATCH 7euros, vintage 1930's champagne bucket (3 euros), 1920's cough drop tin (1 euro), one sterling and gold cuff link with mother of pearl and gold (5euros), an old doll's clothing suitcase (3 euros), and an old ALAIN SOUCHAIN 45 record (1 euro) for a friend!
Though the real find at the flea market was the FREE, thrown away, 1950's rotating image lamp! One of my pals collects these so I know these cost about 100 to 150 BUCKS! this one is of a windmill and missing a part, but still worth at least 50! wow!
After we proudly picked up the FREE lamp, we had another great find, though one we could not take home!
Our real find was a great CREPE MAKER! Very handsome, sweet, and antimated! TWO NUTELLA CREPES PLEASE! Oh they were perfect! He let us video his antics and his crepe=making skills! We will definately be on the lookout for him and his delicious crepes at our next PARIS BROCANTE! (We will bring him a huge jar of PEANUT BUTTER so he can make a PEANUT BUTTER and JELLY CREPE! Sure to be a fave amgonst the visiting AMERICANS who experience peanut butter withdrawls in PARIS!)
We were all prepared for a brocante weekend at PROT ROYAL, but alas, STRIKES were in full force Sunday with four out of five buses lines on strike::OH HELL NIX THAT IDEA::so we went for another lovely walk along our beloved canal! there we found a fun trio of picnicers! they brought a carpet of artificial green grass to lay upon the cement and cobblestones! TRES CHIC PICNIC!
Monday we were excited to finally to go to the PORT ROYAL BROCANTE so we got up early:::8AM! We hauled our butts to PONT ROYAL and arrived to a nice array of merchants near the LUXEMBOURG GARDENS!
There were some great photo ops of SCARY BROCANTE ITEMS =weird dolls and smiling teddy bears , and of course, the ever present SCARY AWFUL PAINTINGS! the winner being the FRANKENSTEIN CONDUCTOR!!! Even the 1890s CAT IN A BASKET done in needlework caused shivers to run up my spine!

Issue 50 of the Circuit - featuring "The Circuit"
The Circuit turns 50! Wow, I had no idea that this humble project would have become so out of control. I'd like to give a big thank everyone that's been a part of the project, either behind the cover, or on it, and hope that I can continue to make the magazine for 50 more issues. I've got special 50th issue covers coming out from some guest designers all week, so stay tuned and thanks again for all the love.

Day 50! Wow, I didn't know how I'd get this far and it has been a struggle to bother some days. I think my 365 has become a bit overshadowed recently, but it could be for the best.
I've never kept a proper journal or anything, but this may be turning into one and if so, I hope I'll be able to look back on it later in the year and see the things that worry me now as unimportant. :)

Wow it's nice here to day, 29ºC, super bright sun, blue skys. Anyways, it's just a quick one tonight as I'm heading out with my dad for dinner and a movie.
