" Shard 's log " :
//We just got our order to go out of the trenches and meet a gunship at the place we agreed upon. But we were still in the bunker. So we began sneaking out of the bunker but there were still some Vandosian soldiers at the exit of the bunker. So I grabbed a terminal detenator and said to the remaining two clones that they needed to use there jetpacks to move quiqly out of the bunker and shoot to kill the Vandosions while I needed to run out of it and trow the detenator to the exit of the bunker. Not long after came a gunship to pick us up to the venetor.\\
I hope you enjoyed that little story of Shard.
And I also hope you love the build.

I love light painting. I had the opportunity to make this photo since I work near the freeway.

2015.07.04 Cluj Napoca. 40-0218-4 of private operator GFR , arriving to Cluj Napoca Est freight yard with a cement train from Rupea factory. As it can be seen , the locomotive still wears the old operators livery , Servtrans , and it is amongst the few electrics with symmetrical pantographs.

4 "Spread Eagle" flight pose of this BLACK-CAPPED CHICKADEE (#5) taken in 4 seasons.
I had to show these shots after I've read the Feburary issue of "Popular Photography" magazine featuring some not so in-focus images of chickadees taken with a mechanical-sensor-triggered device.
The TTX "4-Runner" was an early 1980s attempt at reducing tare weight in intermodal equipment. Built by ACF in 1981, 101 sets of these four-coupled skeletal flat cars were constructed as class ALF40 and numbered TTFX. 60000-61000. Being the early forerunners of this type of construction, they were tweaked by TTX engineers several times during their lifespan to decrease things like truck hunting and other issues. While these cars did suffer teething problems, those setbacks were refined into the Front Runner, and later the Spine Car design which proved way more successful. The last of these cars were finally scrapped by 2000, but remain a footnote in the evolution of intermodal transport by rail. 1983 processing date, no location or photographer listed.
Thought I'd try something different today. I've never done any pictures using a torch light before so I gave it a try.
No Photoshop trickery here, the 4 pieces that created the shadow were to the right of the camera.

I was waiting for Amtrak, I'd missed it the two previous days. The Railfan article on Fort Worth's Tower 60 said BNSF came to a halt around Amtrak time, so when I headlight appeared at the appropriate time I assumed The Heartland Flyer. But no, a coal train going hard. 2 EMD's up front and 2 more at the rear.
