Late in the afternoon after most visitors had left I sat down for a bite to eat and a rest but was immediately joined by a couple of friendly jackdaws. They were at times too close to photograph and I only managed head shots. Lovely, intelligent birds, with more colour than most people realise.

Capture info: One speedlight, 480exII into a white reflective brolly.

Ambiant was around f/2 and the speedlight around f/2.8.

I wanted to keep as much ambiant as possible and not blitz the model with light.
