This is a very symbolic image:
A. Traveling by train should be cheaper than flying by plane when you go on holiday. You see so much more of the country and it's better for the climate.
B. How long before we realize that the ratrace of our society is killing people. With autumn settling in, more suicide attempts occur. Some have happened near this railroad crossing.
C. We need more red flags when things in life are going too fast, and need more time to stand still for a while and contemplate. We're burning ourselves and the earth.

Day full of news. Mostly good, like my new camera arriving at 8am on my doorstep and making my day no matter what other news are! by the way - iso 12800! duh! :) So the day spent learning auto focus on the new, VERY advanced thing.... Crazy - how complicated AF can be?! am I that stupid..? So 46 pages of Canon manual on AF later....
This photo was taken when I was still learning, on the fastest cat in the world, but - hey! now just ask me a question on AF!

In Paris, but when we got to our hotel it was already dark... so busy in the streets. We did visit the Louvre, which is open friday evening. Saw the Mona Lisa (and so much more...). It was really crowded though. I loved to see it all, but didn't take much pictures.
ps. Trying out my new macbook air and it's not that easy to work on my pictures when I'm so used to my big iMac screen. Going to bed now... I'm really tired. The louvre is NOT a small museum ;)
