The Wings Over Dallas WWII Air Show today was devoted to WWII vintage planes. This was a thrilling, inspiring event. During the day they broadcast live-interviews with veteran pilots who actually flew these now-vintage planes in WWII, like Lt. Col Dick Cole (100 yrs old) who is the last surviving Doolittle Raider.
The replica merchant galleon 'Tirena' in the old harbour of Dubrovnik, Croatia. This type of merchant ship from the 16th century was commonly used for sea trade, but this replica mainly carries tourists around the islands near Dubrovik.
