My son wanted a keychain. I wanted to test out ColorFabb's GlowFill. Win Win.

It's fairly springy. Laser sintered nylon.

I was able to get a really nice start to this print, but the audible cracking and visible delamination mean the result will still be somewhat flawed.

Helaas na 20 uur mislukt. Toch nog mooi.

It is kinda neat to see the extra plastic that was added to support the model.

This model is quite small. And while a pretty good likeness is really sorta good enough that you want it to be better.

It prints in two pieces (helmet separately) and when I tilted the torso back, I was able to use only a little support material at the very bottom.

It printed exceedingly well, even with the little studs on his mouthpiece!

This is something I will ask support about. The PLA seems to seep and collect on top of the hot end, and then decompose a bit, and drip into the print.

With the fan funnel modification, now it gets a crust on it, making it seem like melted sugar/icing. But it still collects and finds its way into the print.

I have been using a cotton swab to try to collect/remove it during printing.

It was designed using Autodesk Fusion 360 and printed by Creality Ender 5
