I have little interest in the modern London bus scene but there is still some variety as shown here by a pair of Arriva buses on the 38 on Friday afternoon 27th May 2011. Wright DW278 (LJ 59 LXB) is seen alongside Enviro T77 (LJ 59 ABU)

I have joined Anke Humpert 52 pairs of earrings a year group here on Flickr.
It was very frustrating when I realized I might be late but I think eventually this challenge will become pure fun later this year.
Anyway, there they are plain and simple polymer clay earrings with sterling silver earwires.
I made a little twist to this project for myself: I will make 52 pairs of earrings for 50 weeks of 2012. All of them will be put on sale for last two weeks of 2012 and all the money will be given to charity.
UPDATE: I've made all the earrings but failed to post them regularly. Obviously that is the real challenge for me. However, I decided not beat myself over it considering all that happened last year: a lot of traveling, workshops, divorce, home/parent issues etc.
At the end of December I've signed an agreement with Kids Cnacer Charity in my country NURDOR and they will receive all the money raised.

I stood at the point of the memorial to take this shot. It is formed at a perfect 38 degree angle, in remembrance of the 38th parallel.

H is for Hankies
Cropped, color corrected and upped the saturation slightly. It is very gloomy here today.
CS welcome and appreciated.

This was the weirdest thing. These girls are outside of the skoal tent trying to get people to get inside.
So Brandon walks up, and asks to have his picture taken with them. As soon as they saw the camera come out, the one girl basically told the other girl: "Camera! Quick, get inside the tent. Walk away NOW!"
Umm, if you're going to be dressed like that in a public place, basically working as a PR rep for your company, shouldn't you EXPECT to have your picture taken?
