292.365 - October 19, 2013 - Started the day off with a fall clean-up morning at our youth group house followed by my son's marching band competition in the afternoon. This is Bahn once again. She loves to pose whenever she sees I have my camera. She also likes to try and take my camera from me to take pictures herself. Budding photographer??
Trying to discern where God is calling me for this summer/fall with so many amazing opportunities in front of me... prayers much appreciated :)
Pulled off the ultimate birthday dinner surprise for my husband yesterday by having his favorite BBQ shipped to Wisconsin from Kansas City.

And what does it remind of? The story "The garden of forking paths" by Jorge Luis Borges and "Sherlock's secret brother is actually Sherlock's secret sister". Plus fanfiction made official in some aspects... (But who is the cursed child is what I couldn't understand!) Scorpious is so sweet. :)

I'm kind of digging the thick, white border look. It's simple. (I just realized that that isn't pure white - it's a wicked light grey. Total mistake, but I really like it.)
Plus, I felt I'd go simple today with the entire picture. I'm kind of leaning more towards simple stuff lately.
And on an entirely unrelated note, I've been listening to Duran Duran virtually nonstop for the past few days.

The PolicyLink team is in Los Angeles prepping for the Equity Summit 2015: All in for inclusion, justice and prosperity.
A year in the planning, the Summit will bring 3,000 advocates and leaders to learn from and inspire each other.
Together, we will build the kind of world I want to raise my family in.

Listen baby, ain't no mountain high
Ain't no valley low, ain't no river wide enough baby
If you need me call me no matter where you are
No matter how far don't worry baby
Just call my name I'll be there in a hurry
You don't have to worry
'Cause baby there ain't no mountain high enough
Ain't no valley low enough
Ain't no river wide enough
To keep me from getting to you babe
