341.365 - December 7, 2013 - I convinced my wife to pose for a few shots tonight since she looked so nice. Of course, she always looks nice and I'm always wanting to take her picture! She's a pretty good sport about it (most of the time)!

A story: a while ago, I told Vonnie that the Facebook posts that garnered the most likes on my page were the ones with pictures of the kids, pictures of the dog (or other cute animals), and pictures of some admirable physical accomplishment like finishing the SF marathon.
So she decided to combine all of them into one birthday post!
Vonnie is very proud that the birthday post has gotten the most likes on her wall so far.
All in all--a wonderful day.
I have a blessed life--with much to be thankful for and much to look forward to.
And I got to spend my birthday with her and these bright lights.

I'm a sucker for old buildings, we all know this. This one caught my eye; there is some definite history here.
23 of 365 "Stop, Breathe" Things are so busy lately I havent had a moment to myself. Between working two jobs and trying to find an apartment, sometimes I need to stop and find a second to relax, even if its in an odd location.... ;)
Surprised that I haven't made one of these myself. Thanks to my roomie for her *über* creative crayon melt (though the colors do compliment the pouring rain outside)
303.365 - October 30, 2013 - It's Wednesday, which of course means Wednesday night youth Bible study! Had some fun with my 10-24mm lens tonight. I haven't had it on my camera in awhile and I forgot how much fun it is! As you may have noticed it's been on my camera a lot in the last few days. I tend to go through "phases" where I use a certain lens a lot before moving on to a new "phase". I don't think I've quite reached the end of this phase, so it's a good guess that you'll see more from it in the coming day(s)!
