The Volvo 340/360-series was built from 1976 until 1991 in the former DAF works in the Netherlands. The model was originally developed to be the DAF 77. As Volvo took over DAF in the mid 1970's the model was reworked as a Volvo.

Les deux convois quittent en même temps la gare, devant s'engager sur la même ligne, mais l'automotrice devra vite céder le passage à l'ICE, avant de continuer paisiblement son chemin...

Well once upon a time I tried to so a series of photos around crystals. I gave up on it. Wasn't that a fascinating story. I really want to get some cool props and costumes. I never did end up buy anything :/ merp merp merp. I just really want a nice cloak right now
NS 340, the daily Meridian, MS to Birmingham, AL manifest departs Meridian after completing the job briefing with the AGS South Dispatcher. The two KCS Belle painted GEs took no time to get the short manifest underway, almost before I got back around to shoot them.

Hi there.
I am extremely happy to bring to you day 340 of my already completed but not yet posted 365 day project. This picture was taken on a chilly cold November night last year.
Were you scared of the dark as a child?
To be honest, I don’t remember if I was. I most likely was to some degree. Although it wasn’t the kind of thing that sticks out as something I greatly feared more than any other typical childhood anxiety.
My daughter Chloé is kind of terrified of the dark. She won’t go out into a dark room unless there is a light on. She won’t go to sleep without her night-light and hallway light on. She isn’t a fanatic about it. Then again, I won’t dare try to put her to bed without her lights on because she’d flip the fuck out.
I think it’s in a healthy way as I view this normal for a child of her age. However sometimes I get annoyed with it. Like if we are in my room and she needs to grab her Pigetta from the dark living room, she won’t dare go if there isn’t a trail of lights on to lead her way. Or she’ll express concern about a shadow in her room while I put her to bed. And I will explain that it’s all in her head, but she doesn’t seem to listen. Sometimes I get a little frustrated with all of this.
Well last night I got a dose of my own medicine!
Chloé is on a 3 day Girl Scout camping trip, so I slept alone last night. Right before I went to bed I heard a ruffling weird noise across the room that kind of freaked me out. I looked into the hallway and I saw weird movements in the dark hallway. I sort of envisioned a person coming my way.
Eventually after about 30 seconds of visualizing all this shit, I realized the sound was the fan blowing a piece of paper against the wall across the room. The figure was the shadows from the leaves of the trees blowing in the wind outside. How insanely funny.
But then I began think about how frightening that would be for a 7 year old. If I was even remotely scared by this nonsense, she would be have petrified.
I’m glad when I’m given a tiny dose of my babe’s reality for a split second like that. I’m going to use that as motivation to be less of a dick when she complains about the dark.
The shot at hand? That is me laying on a cement slab staring into the sky, same slab as day 322. I took this picture with a 60 second shutter speed as there was essentially no natural lighting other than the city lights and some loser lamp across the street. I couldn’t even flinch a muscle for one minute without ruining the picture. Oh yeah, I flipped the fucker upside down because I wanted to pretend like I was cool like Spider Man.
