Amtrak P029 yarding it’s train in downtown Chicago with a trio of brand new Siemens ALC-42 “Charger” locomotives. The locomotives featured include #331, #330, and #320.

The Seaboard Villages on the north coast of the Moray Firth, somewhere new, not the best day to explore, a raw wet novemebr day, but somewhere to come back to, and a change on our normal way home after an Inverness weekend.

Late on a chilly Monday evening two Volvo B9TL Wright Eclipse Gemini 2's, both new in 2009 stroll along Princes Street near to the Mound.
331 (SN59 BFM) is one of twenty five buses in the 'Connect 22' livery which created much conversation apropos the colour when new four years ago. It is thought these will be among the last group of Gemini's to be repainted into Classic livery, sometime during 2014.
927 (SN09 CVW) was also new in 2009, one of eleven Gemini 2's and the last group to be painted in Harlequin livery (926 to 936).
Princes Street offers splendid after-dark opportunities for the photographer under the superb flood-lit central illuminations, new in 2012.

I utilized a 4 F-STOP ND filter to allow syncing at 1/200s and shooting into the sun.

The 22 and 30 were diverted along the West Approach Road, through Gorgie, non stop, to join their routes at Westfield. This was due to roadworks westbound on the West Approach Road to Westfield

Solo SR 331 dashes down a wet Arkwright Street with an 11 on 8.1.22
No NCT logo at all on the front of this one, with two variants of frequency branding instead.
331 YJ65 ETF is seen at Dawlish Brookdale Terrace whilst operating the 10:54 186 service from Oakland Drive to Sainsbury's.

While the turquoise E400s have old-livery sides and new-livery fronts, 331 kind of has it the other way round since its front panel retains the old style of frequency branding. Unfortunately I couldn't get it side-by-side with a turquoise, but still, here it is on Lower Parliament Street with an 11 on 21.3.22
