The angry car!

The Chrysler 300 series was a series of high-performance luxury cars built from 1555 through 1965. The letter "C" indicates the 1957 model year. The V8 Hemi engine in that model year was upgraded to 6.4 l displacement and 375 hp.

This comparision with my own 300C emphasises how much it was lowered.

YIJ 4005 was the second 300C I owned, following on from a black estate and succeeded by another white saloon that can be seen a few photos back. This was the one with two black doors.

This definitely looks like a 7 year old's idea of what a cool car looks like

DVLA says it was on the road until late 2003.

Saw this one in Ipswich when I was down there in my own 300C.

I'm pretty sure it's a car for sale (pre-lowering) in the late '90s at The Railway Inn, Westerfield just outside the town, and I think I drove it with a view to buying it, but for whatever reason I didn't. Shame, I really like this colour on the 300C.

Pre-facelift Astra Mk2 wouldn't have been of much interest to me back then, just everyday bilge.

Another big Nissan.

Better pics of one I captured earlier in the year

Great to see this today after being at the Thirlestane classic show. I felt sure that this 300C must have appeared on Flickr before, but a search of the reg doesn't confirm this.
