CSXT SD45-2 #8973 rests in Atlanta, GA originally built for the Erie Lackawanna in November 1972 as #3672. Unfortunately the #8973 has suffered the same fate as Tilford Yard where this picture was taken and was scrapped on site earlier this week.

Second try on the dark Sky in Westhavelland, one year later than this, now with better results, you can see the Milky Way very good. Unfortunately the center of our galaxy is beneath the horizon on our latitude here...

Do you like it?
DAY TWO!!!
Hey flickr!!!!!!!
I hope everyone is enjoying thier Thursday!
My Thursday was similar to yesterday in the sense that boredome was the main event.
I took a walk to the park today and played with bubbles. They are soo much fun! They remind me a lot of my childhood. Since I have no job at the moment, I've had all this time.. I really don't know what to do with all of it. Its quite nice but useless too. Brad and I might go to his lake house sometime next week, and I'm really excited. I'm trying to spend as much time together as possible before the summer ends and we have to part ): I guess this is what life throws at us sometimes. Until that time comes, I will just sit back and enjoy the summer...
....sit and watch as the bubbles float on. but in life, all good things must come to an end.
