In the summer of 2001, as a present to myself, I purchased a Canon FD 200 mm bayonet mount lens. This roll of film was my first test roll shot with it. I still have the lens and regard it as one the best in my collection.

It's raining today so the colors are more vivid in the rain. Had to use circular polarizer to cut down reflection. The autumn is in its prime here in Alaska.

No Taxi by 49er Badger

Despite its bright yellow finish, this 1967 Ford Fairlane was far from being a taxi cab. Instead of a modest inline 6 that could be had with a basic model which makes up a typical taxi, it had a V8 sound. This one is a 2-door sedan, a bit more unusual to see compared to the popular pillarless 2-door hardtop that didn’t have window frames.

The Fairlane for 1966 and 1967 had stacked headlights which I feel is a handsome look.
