For our third and final week away on holiday i decided to get one of Missy & Teddy together. The garden has so many buttercups and daisies growing in it and they look really pretty.

Ted and Missy are the best of friends, what Missy does, Ted does and he looks up to her in a way that could only be described as infatuation. Their relationship truly is special.

The product of a lack of creativity and late night. Meh. I'm on the fence about this one.

Summer has finally arrived! Which is great, but we had to get a trig point in. Which was also great because we chose one without too much of a hot sweaty climb up. There was the gentlest of breezes on the ridge, I had a hand-made pie foraged from the local farmers' market for my lunch..

And better yet, there was on table free in the garden of the Lazy Trout, where I sipped on a post-hike Peregrine ale, (donation to Staffordshire Wildlife Trust included in the price).

The Hill behind in the distance is Hen Cloud, where Peregrines have nested in recent years.

I very much like this capture.

Location: Pedestrian Bridge.

For the project I chose to shoot on a pedestrian bridge which connects Perth station to Northbridge cultural centre, ie the 30m interstitial space.

The pedestrian bridge acts as both functionally and metaphorically, ie Perth City's desire to connect the two hubs, Perth CBD and its more lively, bar and cafe filled neighbour Northbridge. The two areas were physically divided by a railway line, which has now been sunk and put underground in order for a new development approriately called the "Perth City Link" This pedestrian bridge is one of the few points which you could see the development, at a high point.

This pedestrian bridge is also one of two which allows pedestrians to bypass the street below and directly connects them to the cultral centre. As such the bridge acts as the inbetween space, where all sorts of characters walk by, arriving from the trains, on their way to either, the art galleries, cafes or bars. Mix this with the homeless people using the cultural centre as a place to sleep at night . I would like to capture the narrative of the City and its characters through this bridge.
