Falcon Heavy rocket – essentially three Falcon 9 rockets strapped together – produced five million pounds of thrust to lift off from pad 39A on an easterly trajectory over the Atlantic Ocean. The heavy-class rocket boosted Jupiter 3, the largest communications satellite ever built by Maxar Technologies, to geostationary orbit for EchoStar.

Tom Kristensen with Bentley Speed 8 LMGTP (8/52).

In 2003 Bentley won the 24 Hours of Le Mans with this number 7 car driven by Rinaldo Capello, Tom Kristensen and Guy Smith. The number 8 car finished in second driven by Mark Blundell, David Brabham and Johnny Herbert.

Following the 2003 race, the Bentley race programme ended and the Speed 8's were never raced again.

Class 24 24127 is pictured WFU on Doncaster MPD on August 22nd 1976. It was eventually cut up in Doncaster Works during April 1977. The Class 24 behind is 24099.
