This is the 22nd photo in a series of analog photos I took when I was in Berlin for a week in October this year.
All of them are taken with a Zenit TTL and the film is all Kodak Gold and Kodacolor.
More pictures will follow, chronologically, as some kind of diary, an experiment, a documentation of what it was like. Because one photo tells more of a story than a 1000 words.
The series is called Berlin'10 and I'm putting all of it in the set with the same title.
...Yeah,
We're happy, free, confused, and lonely in the best way
It's miserable and magical, oh, yeah
Tonight's the night when we forget about the heartbreaks
It's time
Uh oh!
I don't know about you
But I'm feeling 22
Everything will be alright
If you keep me next to you
You don't know about me
But I'll bet you want to
Everything will be alright (alright)
If we just keep dancing like we're

I'm feeling MUCH better today, so I'm doing all the laundry I neglected to do earlier over the weekend... I'll put another version I liked in the comments. Happy 4th!

Lenin April 22 Having decided to drive in the morning to the places where the memory remained in stone about a person who changed the course of history in St. Petersburg/Leningrad .I was surprised to find no place for a car. On the central square named after Lenin, parking was limited .... I headed to the Petrograd side, where Ilyich Street too. But driving past the Aurora cruiser, I decided to listen to my inner voice ... I got out of the car and found myself in a festive atmosphere! The sun, boats, the voices of tourists, and even a fisherman! But by the main frame of the day I was not ready yet ... It took almost an hour to talk, before I heard a word that could be understood in all languages! "Genius" Dropping his eyes from the sky down suddenly realized the moment! History in photographs is a subject worth observing .. 圣彼得堡
Taking pictures a tool (camera), not a photographer.
The choice of tool limits the possibilities.
Experience allows him (instrument) less and less to limit their capabilities.
The ability to see is given only when the observer allows ...
The moment of observation is the real find ...
Training and mastering it defies. Training leads to poor imitations of the original.
Often the result should ripen, like wine. Although time is the understanding of the mind, therefore it is very speculative.
The meaning of all this is the process!
Find someone who inspires shooting the camera!

Cold farmers market morning followed by hanging at the house. Henley was dropped off before the market so there are 3 extra dogs. Why do I do this to myself? Luckily they are all fairly chill.
a friend and i kept seeing 'M-22" stickers on everyones car, so i looked it up and a couple hours later we were on a road trip through beautiful NorthWest Michigan in the middle of autumn
This North British Loco Co. Type 2 diesel-hydraulic (class 22) No.6308 didn't have much of a working life left when photographed at Plymouth Laira depot yard on 30th May 1971. It was withdrawn in the September of that year and scrapped at BREL Swindon during the following May.

Okay, not everything on the Rock was F-units and Geeps! They finally got some modern power in the form of SD40-2 and U30c units. On another gorgeous Spring morning a couple years later from the previous picture, I found two U30c and a GP9 (4595….) heading a northbound freight (#22?) with 101 cars + caboose. Here we're in CTC territory north of El Reno.
