This is shot number twenty two for my 100x project - where my x is flora on black!
These are the pretty little blooms of an aubretia plant!
This photo was taken back in March! I really need to keep up with posting the images I'm taking for the project, as I'm actually now up to shot number 34, which I took yesterday!
There was some fab light on the fields outside our house tonight, so I thought I'd get out and take a photo. The colours aren't showing up perfectly here, but it's SOOC.

As a general rule, Flynn much prefers to wait for a handy Hooman to come along & open gates for him, but rules are made to be broken (especially self-imposed ones) & one of our regular routes, he decided a while ago that it's actually quite fun to dash ahead & squeeze under this particular gate. It marks the entrance to the crop fields & Flynn LOVES to play in the growing wheat & further on, rape seed, so he is very keen to get through the barrier as fast as possible - faster than I can manage anyway!
I decided I wanted to get a shot of him wriggling under this "special" gate... By the time I got there, Flynn was already in the next field (behind him here), grinning happily back at me; a brown & white face in a sea of green. I called him back & initially got a suspicious look, (he didn't want me to spoil his fun!) but once I got a toy out & offered a game of fetch in return for leaving his beloved wheat, Flynn was keen to show off his limbo skills & squeezed back & forth a few times :)

This is Lord Ollie. He's old and infirm and smelly and dribbly and so so stupid, but he's a lovely boy.
