The Sainte-Chapelle, or Holy Chapel, is located within the Palais de Justice (la Conciergerie) complex on the Ile de la Cité. It is a small yet excellent example of Rayonnant Gothic architecture. Erected by Louis IX, to house the Crown of Thorns and a fragment of the True Cross. Located at 4 boulevard du Palais, 1 ème, Paris, France.
