I was back at Dulles airport today and coming down the escalator after security, I was struck by this bust of Dulles and the interesting stainless steel backdrop of the display.

I liked the juxtaposition of the organic (though shaped) tree and the strong rectilinear lines of the church.

A rainy afternoon mixed with near freezing temperatures gave the trees tops a white, frozen look in this view along the Mass Pike in Western MA.

...you need a science degree to understand the cafe names, and the bike racks look like works of art.

Post Nor'easter, today we had >40F temps and there seemed to be lots of robins back in the neighborhood.
