When I started to plant garden for Butterflies I knew it was going to be rewarding but never thought it would be so much fun, I spend most of my day watching them between tending the garden, often I will put my hand next to the flower just to see them climb on my fingers,
For me that is the ultimate award,
btw I never chase them the nectar is intoxicating so the comeback for more:-)
(I'd almost forgotten about these images from Alexandria of Egypt a few years back...Found them when I was going through some older files looking for more world birds.)
Not too many in Asia, but this species is not hard to see in Europe and/or Egypt....(Code 5 in North America)

Os Obitsus das minhas Pullips estão chegando e não foram taxados, as peruquinhas, mesmo taxadas, tb estão a caminho. Isso significa que em breve poderei trocar os corpinhos e as peruquinhas das Alices e vestí-las com as roupinhas novas que já estão aqui.
Estou com muita vontade de ver como elas ficarão. ^-^

The castle Satzvey is a medieval water castle, at first from the 12th century, and lies with the northeast edge of the Eifel in Mechernich (district of Satzvey) in the circle of Euskirchen. Among experts it is valid as the water castle best preserved in her original structural fabric of Rhineland, as a jewel of the Rhenish castle construction and monument of aristocratic culture and life form.

with hat and bats! I started this a long time ago with two of my photos: one of me in late afternoon sun, the other a macro of cloudy ice (which serves as smoke here). I did the color, frame, and bats with the old pixlr express. I haven't had much luck with the new pixlr X, so I updated this in jixipix spektrel to get a better background. Have a safe Halloween if you're celebrating.
