The first generation of the Suzuki Ignis was introduced in 2000. In Europe the model was facelifted and lengthened in 2003. In other markets it remained in production until 2006. In Japan and Australia there were also Chevrolet and Holden derivatives of the Ignis.

C15 cat, fresh 18 spd, 265wb, 12 gauge customs visor, 8" straights, dual lo rider burgundy leather seats, ridewell pusher, custom length fuel tanks with wet kit tank in driver side, swapped the 70" standup off and replaced with a 48" standup, super single drive tires with full set of minimized fenders, high pedestal 5th wheel plate. Truck has been rebuilt front to back with only the rear ends remaining. A true labor of love. All of the work has been done by Jeffres Trucking Llc in Burwell Nebraska and myself.
I love the bright, neon colors of the Decor Collection playsets. I got both of these chairs secondhand. In one circumstance, I got the entire playset, in another, I only got the chair and a few random fragments. To be honest, I'm not sure which chair came with my complete set...I want to say the green/pink one. But either way, it's super cool that there were so many interesting color variations of this already fun looking playset out there.

Note: this car was manufactured in Australia. I think it's a shame that Toyota no longer makes cars in Australia.
The fifth generation of the Daihatsu Cuore was built from 2003 until 2007. Models for the European market have a 1.0 litre 4-cylinder engine with 58 PS. Daihatsu stopped sales here in 2013.

PERSONAL FUN FACT written by my sister: While the clothes were too big for my Stacie-sized Hermione dolls, the pants and sweatshirt were so casual that they looked GREAT on my 87 bodied Skippers. Being that these Skippers were made from the late 80s to mid 90s, their wardrobe wasn't typically this modern or casual. It was a new experience seeing them in this ensemble. The sneakers were very versatile. Back then, I didn't have many shoes that fit my 87 bodied Skippers. I used the cardboard sweets and the Time Turner with my Wizard Sweets Hermione ALL the time. These sweets are far more interesting and better sized than the ones that go to my Wizard Sweets dolls. I actually have a Time Turner necklace in my size! Hermione's is much better, however. The chain is like real jewelry--mine is plastic. I still remember sitting on my bed and putting it around my neck and twiddling the dials to "go back in time." (I was like about 20 when I did this, by the way.) Dad saw me doing that and says, "I hope you don't plan on wearing that out." "Of course I wasn't!" "Well...I was just making sure." Sigh, sometimes fathers think daughters are sillier/more childish than they actually are. Whereas, when, at the age of 20 or so, I bought a large Harry Potter comforter at the flea market, he was genuinely surprised that I intended to put it on my bed. I wasn't sure if he didn't think it was reasonable because the comforter was used or if it was because it had a cartoon Harry on it. Either way, the point seemed moot to me. I was already sleeping on a 101 Dalmations bed sheet purchased a few years earlier at the same flea market. So, whatever his reason, it made no sense--bedding already second hand AND childish. The Harry Potter comforter remained on my bed for many years, until it finally fell apart in 2016. However, I have not worn my human-sized Time Turner necklace out in public and I have no such intention.

PERSONAL FUN FACT: I got this really sweet swimsuit on my first Hula Maria doll at the flea market in 2013/2014. I was compelled by Maria's beautiful, delicate eyes, her dark hair, and this painfully adorable bathing suit. I thought that it was Maria's original outfit when I initially purchased her. However, I learned once I got home that while both items were from the same line, this outfit in fact belonged to Kerstie. But it looked so snappy on Maria, that she still wears it to this day (no worries though, both the swimsuit and the doll got a thorough cleaning). This is definitely one of my favorite swimsuits for Kelly dolls in my collection. It reminds me a bit of an updated version of Pool Fun Kelly's outfit. I had a swimsuit sort of like this wen I was a kid. I love the light blue fabric, and the fish print, which stands out against the faint blue color. I always leaned towards using realistic Kelly outfits as a kid--this definitely looks like something a real toddler would wear, which makes me love it that much more!

2003 Ferrari 456GT Modificata coupé
Carrosserie Pininfarina

This invitation ran in Auto Week magazine. I attended and had a great time. However 2003 was an awkward time for Ford to be hosting a big birthday celebration. They were losing money and the acquistion of the PAG marques didn't work out.
