It was built by Vossloh and delivered on 23/08/2002 to RBG - Regental Bahnbetriebs-GmbH, Viechtach, (Works No. 1001142).

This class of diesel lok is the most successful model ever built in Germany for industrial/ private clients.

Other than a few short term leased by DB Cargo over the years, DB never bought any.

I think the timing was wrong, as DB had plenty of V60 and V90 rangierloks.

At the time of the photo, it was rented to SVG - Stauden-Verkehrs-GmbH, Fischach.

In 2023, it was sold to EFM - European Fleet Management GmbH & Co. KG, Hamburg.

As at March 2026, it is rented out to Hanse Lok GmbH, Hamburg.
