Hey ho, a rosebud...
A rather mundane day. Got up lazily, mooched about in the morning, went to the post office, came back ,watched some cricket, napped on the sofa, watched a Jane Birkin Youtube documentary - and that was about it...
Pictured are a new pair of jeans that I bought yesterday.. that are loitering in the kitchen.
I'm an emotional wreck today. I was bawling earlier for no reason whatsoever. I hate this time of month with a passion. I forced myself to get up and out of the house and do stuff, which made me feel better. I bought something for my little surprise, which is making me even more excited for this Friday.
After I came home I found the light coming in from the window cool looking, so I decided to play around with it. It's very cloudy and rainy today, not a fun day outside... but makes for some soft light inside. I also put a light bulb behind me to try and add some more light.. It didn't really do much, but I liked the positioning of it... it's not too noticeable.
The Boy and Stink are currently napping, so I think I'm going to take that as hint and join 'em. No dreams last night so it made sleeping a little bit easier. I'll probably post more stuff later. I'm feeling artsy.

Built by the Hunslet Engine Co (Leeds) in 1953 for the Ministry of Defence, Austerity 0-6-0ST 198 'Royal Engineers' runs round it's train in the pouring rain at Havenstreet, before returning to Wootton on the Isle of Wight Steam Railway.
In conjunction with the Isle of Wight Classic Beer Buses & Walks Weekend, the railway was operating between Wootton and Havenstreet and on producton of your Beer & Buses programme, free train travel was to be had.
