I had a great bike ride to Moscow today, which Ray luckily talked me into. I have such intense moments of self-doubt some days - that 16 miles sounded impossible to the point of tears. And although I hated myself for having to walk up that last hill, I am still happy. And slightly less inadequate.
I may never tell you about my melancholy feelings, but you help me without even knowing it. And, if you do know my thoughts, thank you for being around.
The kids learned about Havdalah in the Midor program by singing the blessings, painting kiddish cups and spice boxes, and braiding Havdalah candle cookies.
