Here Cinderella opens the slit of the skirt to show her legs and snowflake shoes. She doesn't look as elegant as Elsa in these shoes, since her feet aren't shaped to fit the shoes, and her ankle joints are showing.
My Cinderella 18'' Limited Edition Doll (released October 2012, LE 5000) is now wearing the gown and shoes of my Snow Queen Elsa 17'' doll (released November 2013, LE 2500). I think she looks very nice in this outfit, but doesn't have the same magic as when Elsa is wearing it. She looks more like a high fashion model than a Princess here, so it it would be a good look for a Designer doll. Cinderella also looks a little bare without her necklace. Her headband and hair ornament match very well with her new gown.
It was suggested to me that I swap the outfits of my Cinderella and Snow Queen Elsa 17'' Limited Edition Dolls by the Disney Store. Cinderella is listed at 18'', but that is only when you add the height of her hair.
They both have light blue gowns covered in rhinestones. But Cinderella's dress is a poofy ballgown, whereas Elsa's outfit is a slinky satin dress with a oversized cape attached to the back. They both have crystal ornaments in their hair, which I leave alone. I also leave Cinderella's headband alone. But I will place Cinderella's black beaded necklace on Elsa, and as well as her white jeweled gloves. I will also swap Cinderella's 'glass' slippers with Elsa's blue snowflake high heeled shoes.

The Limited Edition Kristoff 18'' Doll has been completely deboxed. He posed standing, supported by the included doll stand. He can free stand, but he is much more stable on the stand. I left one hand in the pants pocket. I also left the tissue paper stuffing in the faux leather satchel, and left out the mandolin from these photos. He has cotton stuffing under the front of his shirt, to make him more bulky.
Kristoff in his summer outfit, as seen at the end of the Frozen animated feature film. Included is his mandolin, leather satchel and ice man medallion. He also has faux leather boots with fur trim, a welcome change from the usual molded plastic boots on male Disney Store dolls. He is #1627 of 3500, $119.95.
I got a bunch of newly released Frozen merchandise from the Disney Store today (March 2, 2015). They are the LE 17'' Anna, Elsa and Kristoff dolls, and the Frozen Tsum Tsum. I also picked up the pre-ordered NeverBeast movie. I will show the dolls boxed, during deboxing, and fully deboxed.

Jack and Sally 18'' Limited Edition Dolls
Disney Store 2011
Photographed on Halloween 2012
Jack Skellington and Sally, from the stop motion animated feature The Nightmare Before Christmas, are Limited Edition dolls released by the Disney Store in 2011. They are listed as 18'' tall, but actually Jack is 16'' tall and Sally is 14'' tall. They are made of resin, and have poseable head, arms and legs. They have removable clothing. Sally has very fine rooted rusty red colored hair about 7'' long. Each comes inside a coffin shaped cardboard and styrofoam boxes, with red satin lining and viewing window. Also included is a custom metal and resin stands. They are very accurate representations of the characters from the movie.

I have completely undressed my Cinderella 18'' Limited Edition Doll (released October 2012, LE5000). She is lying down on a counter, next to her shoes, gloves, necklace, gown and petticoat. This is in preparation to swapping outfits with my LE2500 Snow Queen Elsa doll.

My recently purchased Enchanted Rose, from the Beauty and the Beast Broadway musical. It is a beautiful artificial rose with velvety petals and leaves. It is 18 inches long, and the flower is 4 inches in diameter. I bought it at the same time as the Belle ballgown ornament, also from the Broadway musical.

Deboxing my 2015 Limited Edition Aladdin 18 Inch Doll. Removed from backing and standing next to it.
I got LE Aladdin in person from the Disney Store on the release day (October 13, 2015) for the Aladdin Diamond Edition DVD and Limited Edition Jasmine, Aladdin and Jafar dolls. He is 18 inches tall, and is numbered 2094 of 3500. He has the same construction as the male LE dolls starting from the 2013 Prince Eric doll, with ball jointed elbows, wrists and ankles. He is in his street rat outfit, with a sword and Abu as accessories. He is barefoot and stands flat footed in the box.
Photos only now being uploaded to my Flickr account a year and a half later. I am missing most of the boxed and deboxing photos. I have added a recently taken photo of the Certificate of Authenticity.
2017 Disney Store Ariel medium plush. Laying down.
From World of Disney in Disneyland, I got the four Disney Store medium Princess plush that they had for sale on my visit on July 4, 2017: Aurora, Ariel, Belle and Mulan ($24.99). Belle is also available online from the Disney Store (for $19.95). But I haven't seen the other three plush online or in person in Disney Stores yet. Unlike previous recent DS plush, they have printed faces rather than embroidered. That means that their features have more subtle detail, but I'm not sure about their durability. They do look very pretty, and I like all of their faces. My favorite is Belle, both for her face and outfit. The three plush with dresses have two layers in their skirts, a sheer organza layer over a satin layer, that are sewn together in the back seam. The satin layer has lace trim at the hem for Aurora and Belle. Ariel has a solid tail, and two layered fins that are a new design. The tail can't bend, and Ariel can't bend at the waist either, so Ariel can't sit. Both her bra and the tail are higher than in previous plush designs, which deviate from the animated design as well.
The new plush are 18 inches high, which is considerably shorter than the 20-21 inches of the versions from previous years. The new Tangled: The Series plush are also 18 inches, so it seems that is the new standard size for Princess type medium plush from the Disney Store. The Disney Store also have Rapunzel and Snow White available online and hopefully in stores, so I intend to get them very soon, as well as any other new Princess plush that they release. The other princesses (Cinderella, Jasmine, Pocahontas, Tiana, Merida, Anna and Elsa) are yet to be released for 2017.

A fellow collector has asked that I post a full series of detailed photos of the Limited Edition Sally Doll, released by the Disney Store in late 2011. She is listed as 18'' high, but actually stands only 14'' high, or 15 1/2'' high on the included display stand. She is made of resin, has rooted hair, a cloth dress and socks, and has pivot joints in her neck, shoulders and hips. She is a very accurate depiction of the animated character from The Nightmare Before Christmas (1993). She comes in a coffin shaped cardboard box, and lies in a styrofoam bed with red satin lining.

I am undressing my Celebration Merida 18'' Limited Edition Doll (2012). I have so far taken off her outer garments and accessories. These include her fur and satin lined cape, her cloth purse and belt, her sword and bow and arrows. She is left in her black velvet gown, petticoat, cloth panties and brown boots. Then her remaining outfit and accessories are removed, and she is placed lying down next them. This is in preparation for Merida wearing Belle's outfit, and Merida's outfit going on Coronation Anna.
Following my swapping of the outfits of Cinderella and Snow Queen Elsa, it was suggested to me that I swap the outfits of the remaining three 17-18'' Limited Edition Disney Store Dolls on my desktop display. They are Belle (2010, LE 5000), Celebration Merida (2012, LE 7000) and Coronation Anna (2013, LE 2500). Here they are standing side by side wearing their original outfits. Merida is listed at 18'', which is a total mystery to me, since she is actually the shortest of the 17'' LE dolls.
This will be a round robin clothing swap. Belle's outfit and accessories will go on Merida (except for her earrings and hair ornament). Merida's outfit and accessories will go on Anna. Finally Anna's outfit and accessories will go on Belle, except for her hair ribbons. I was actually quite surprised by the outcome of the switches.
My LE Beast doll has been fully deboxed. He is standing, supported by the included doll stand. He can free stand, but is top heavy and his leg joints aren't that stiff, so he isn't that stable posed that way. He comes with 3 highly detailed bird figurines. Two of them I balanced in his hands, but the one originally on his shoulder I placed on his foot for these photos.
Detailed photos of my Limited Edition Winter Beast 18 inch doll. He and his box are perfectly matched with the LE Winter Belle 17 inch doll. He is #1774 of 3500.
