And the light cut right through
Through her skin, through her bones
Yeah, the light cut right through
Where it glows and it glows
And the dew in the grass had an electric glow.
Today was really nice. Light and warmth and trees and silence.
I think I like being alone too much.
Is that bad?
Flickr and photography are taking over my life.
I couldn't be happier.

I can’t believe this. This is the fourth time I’ve had to remove a lizard from my home. The first three times I was the same lizard but this is a new one! I don’t mind them as they eat the bugs in the house.

The broken bridge over the mouth of the river Adyar.
The river Adyar flows west to east, across the southern half of Chennai, to meet the Bay of Bengal. Thus creating two very different beaches for the city.
To connect the Marina and the Elliots (also called Besant Nagar) beach, the government began building a small foot bridge over the Adyar's mouth.
During a severe thunderstorm and resultant flooding of the river, the bridge's supports gave way and thus we now have the Broken Bridge.
PS. A small break from Chennai Photowalk 5. I have loads of photos to process.
