ok... you've probably noticed I've been using safety shots for the last few days and somehow they're all flowers - go figure.
our anniversary is nearing. less than a month! how exciting. we've been together for so much longer, but it's been a rocky and confusing road... one year officially, though. it's nice.
I very recently got a new phone.
During all the times I've visited Fairbanks I've never seen the Northern Lights. I hope to see them this trip, so tonight I went outside around 10:45 pm (it gets pitch dark around 4 pm during the winter). There were no "lights" then, probably because of the heavy cloud cover, but I wanted to try the phone camera in the dark to see how it well it photographed at night.
This is looking south. It's amazing. The image can't be blown up too large because it would be too grainy, but what a great job it does for small pics.
Questa sera sono emozionata perchè farò qualcosa che non ho mai fatto prima: prendo la macchina per uscire. Mi porto anche le ballerine per guidare, proprio come facevano le mie amiche alle superiori. E' un' emozione forte, un flashback a quei diciotto anni che per me sono stati diversi :)

Mit einem OIC aus Wien nach Bregenz war die Frontrunner 1116 136 im Korridor unterwegs und wurde kurz vor dem Kloster Reisach erwartet.
