The Scenic Railcar Weekend on the East Lancashire Railway featuring Class 104 (50517 & 50455), Class 105 (56121 & 51485), Class 109 (56171 & 50146), Class 110 (51842 59701 & 51813), Class 117 (51382 & 51339) and Class 122 (55001) in action along with Class 40s assisting DMU drags with 40106 being deployed on this day. Also on view was the former Bury line Class 504 EMU (77172 & 65451).
I honestly don't think I paid money for anything in this ensemble, excepting the bluebirds pin. I get a lot of my clothes from the local clothing charity. They just give them away.

Lot-803-11: Aleutian Islands Campaign, June 1942 - August 1943. Allied Landing on Attu Island, May 11 1943. A Navy Combat Photography Unit was on hand when the first wave of American troops were put ashore at Japanese occupied Attu, the western-most island of the Aleutian chain. These photographs were taken during combined Army and Navy operations from the time the troops went over the side in Massacre Bay and in Holtz Bay. The photographer continued with the troops until they were in actual contact with the enemy. Many of these photographs were taken under Japanese fire. Photo caption: Stretcher case lifted to ship.
