From my second Minolta 110 Auto Zoom test roll. This is a new camera for me. It's a feature laden, sophisticated 110 format camera, that I found a bit challenging to use, with a learning curve higher than I expected. The hardest thing for me is the focus. I wish they had given this puppy a split-image focus rather than the system it uses, where it's really difficutl to tell when you have the image completely in focus. This is the best focused image I managed to get.

Shot on Kodak film 200 speed I believe. A sharp camera for 110 film !! It really is true that all the plastic cheapo 110 format cams ruined the reputation of the format. The prints are sharp and beautiful. These are scans of prints.

This guy was pretty funny. He saw me with my cameras so he posed (and held the pose) for me as he walked by. I took his photo. As he walked off, he said something about being paid... why does everybody who has their photo taken immediately assume that the'll be paid as if they're a professional model? This guy was joking, but I've had some people that were dead serious about this stuff.

Not sure what happened here... looks like a light leak or something. Pretty cool how it resulted in some neat looking rainbow action right over the dolphin fountain. I shot this from my car (while I was stopped at a stop light) as I was leaving home and heading off for work.
"Lady on mono-cycle". These humourous and memorable life-size fibre-glass models of human beings in various pursuits - photographer/newspaper reader/fisherman/tourist/clown/acrobat/lifeguard/shopper/ and so on were created by artist John Underwood, and formed a familiar part of nearly every nook and cranny of the expo site. At the conclusion of the Exposition many of these works were purchased by private collectors, as well as by the Brisbane City Council and private enterprise. Several of these works today are located in the Brisbane Central Business District, where they still provide a humourous and nostalgic snap-shot of human activity. Taken with Agfamatic 4000 on Kodacolor 110 size film.

This is the coolest little camera! It's really fun to shoot with... plus you look like a total 80's techno-geek when you look through the viewfinder.
