I was excited to see this girl today, and though I usually can't wait to whip these babies out of their stock clothes and onto a licca body and into some jeans (sorry! :D) I think she's beautiful like this. Her dress is really lovely and she's very beautiful. This was fresh out of the box before a shampoo or anything, so her bangs are a bit unruly. Thanks for visiting and looking!

so i dont normally post pics of blank/unfinished dolls. but that has kind of resulted in only rumor and lyric being posted lol
so seeing as how i now have 10 minifees (not including some floating heads that i need to rehome) i thought i would snap a picture of this "milestone" :)
so pretty much everyone in this pic is either unfinished or im planning to completely make over. weather its just a new pair of eyes needed, or a whole new look/character
but i am hoping this year i will be able to finish most (if not all) before bringing anymore home. with the exception of a Nanuri 14 if i can find one

A significant milestone today, although I don't expect to win any awards. This is my 10,000th posting on Flickr - just a fraction of the collection of photos I have amassed over the years. My first efforts in the eighties were in black and white and during the nineties I was still fairly choosy about what I took and most were in yards or bus stations but nowadays I pretty much snap anything anywhere.
That said, this is technically not one of my photographs although it was taken with my permission on my camera. Rather, it features my good self on the other end of the camera, in the driving seat of Rambler of Hastings Mercedes Benz Tourismo CR14 RAM in Torquay on 7th May, 2017.
This operator has played an important role in my career, taking me from bussing to coaching in 1994 and marking my big time return to tour work back in 2014. Back in the day, I was allocated a Bedford coach, being upgraded to Volvo B10Ms when on tours, usually in mainland Europe. Nowadays, jaunts across the water are less frequent although 2 of the 3 undertaken during 2018 involved Rambler Tourismos and hopefully, if Brexit allows, there will be more in 2019.
Regrettably, I have very few photos illustrating my early days in coaching and I have long since given up rifling through boxes at bus rallies seeking to relive my past fame. Those who know me from Facebook will know that I am a little selfie obsessed - the ninetIes equivalent was posing with the tour members in front of the coach but sadly most of those photos will have ended in boxes in attics destined for the rubbish dump, the forerunner to today's recycling centres.
"Just when the caterpillar thought the world was over...it became a butterfly". Nature is full of wonder take the time to enjoy all its beauty!

Tagged by Jakaroo~ Thought I would pick on Van since he got a cool new shirt today!
1. Van is a Dark Elf. There are Light Elves, too but the only real difference is their hair colours and the fact that Dark Elves eyes permit them to see very well in the dark.
2. He's the son of one of the clan's leaders. I gave his whole family names but I forgot them :D
3. He lives within a group of clearings in deep woodland, where there are little huts built out of various trees and leaves etc. Even though not all of the elves are related by blood, they all consider eachother family. He has his own little house but spends most of his time at Finnian's cottage.
4. To him Eden is his little sister, he's known her since she was very young and has always looked out for her.
5. He has a massive crush on Finnian and has done for years and years and years and years :B
6. Human ears are so small and cute to him.
7. His job is to travel to different clans and keep the peace between them and his. He also acts as a messenger.
8. His last name is Samhain and he's 20 [closer to 21] :v
9. He is about a head taller than Finnian and 2 heads taller than Eden~ He's supposed to be quite tall :T
10.Van has a mixture of a pretty normal personality and a more serious side that has great control over his emotions. He will laugh and joke and mess around like a silly mongoose, but there are times where he can just look totally blank and emotionless and he always knows when there's a time and a place. He won't dodge giving out words of wisdom, giving advice or looking out for someone is serious business! He's also not above punching someone in the face. Basically he's a bit of a puzzle to get to know but he's a pretty darn awesome friend <:

Wick is somewhere around 12 years old, and she still rocks at agility. She has been playing the game for almost 11 years and her times now are still competitive with the young dogs. She truly is a pure athlete. :-)

My first attempt at using my new B&W 10 Stop ND filter and....it happened to be just after sunset...not the best time to use it ever.
Still, as I was beside this little wheel I figured I may as well give it a go with a 5 minute exposure....here's the result.
Yesterday we went for a visit, they are so lovely!! Only 2 more weeks and then they belong to our family.
