Space Truckin'
This shot reminds me of one of William S. Burroughs' 103rd Street Boys floating home at dawn after a successful score, charting a surreal path halfway between Heaven and Earth. Perhaps it is the blurred toolkit that he carries seeming to add length to his coat, combined with the blur of his helmet resembling a brimmed hat, that conjures up the silhouette of the worn overcoat and fedora that was de rigueur of the junk demi-monde in the mid-20th century.
Or, perhaps it's just me. It's usually just me.
