The day started with overcast skies and gloomy pictures. As the clouds started to part after an hour of waiting the morning sunlight came pouring through brilliantly from the east.
I wish I had a full-frame camera with me at the time, but the picture didn't come out too bad considering the smallish sensor in the Sony RX10.

El puerto de Sanitja o Sanisera es un puerto natural situado teóricamente junto a la antigua ciudad romana Sanisera. El puerto está ubicado en el cabo de Cavalleria y tiene una longitud de 800 metros que junto con su bajo fondo marino lo convierten en un muy buen refugio para las embarcaciones cuando sopla el temido viento de Tramontana.

Loch Brandy is a classic mountain corrie above Glen Clova on the southside of the Cairngorms National Park. I wanted to get the sun on the corrie side so I had to set off up the hills at 6 this morning to get there im time for the sunrise.

Strandhem is a little oasis outside of Malmoe, the painting illustrates the beautiful views of the oresund Bridge. It is Europe's largest combined road and rail bridge.

The design of this venue was inspired by the Doge's Palace in Venice, built in the elaborate Venetian Gothic style. When it was completed in 1908, the Hall of the Doges was called the most opulent ballroom north of San Francisco. During the 2002 restoration, the Hall of The Doges was lifted intact by crane to become the only "flying ballroom" in the world. When the new building was erected, the ballroom was carefully placed back into the new structure as the foyer to the Grand Pennington Ballroom.

Kylemore Abbey (Mainistir na Coille Móire) is a Benedictine monastery founded in 1920 on the grounds of Kylemore Castle, in Connemara, County Galway, Ireland. The abbey was founded for Benedictine Nuns who fled Belgium in World War I. The current Mother Abbess of the Benedictine Community is Máire Hickey.

Celles-ci répondent essentiellement à la nature et à la concentration des algues microscopiques. Elles constituent un indicateur synthétique et rapide de la qualité des lacs.

The colour of lake waters can vary from blue to green and brown or even red. It is molecules other than water or particles present that explain the variations in colour and transparency of lake water. These variations are mainly due to the nature and concentration of microscopic algae. They constitute a synthetic and rapid indicator of the quality of lakes.
En Alfoz de Lloredo, en la frontera entre los pueblos de Cóbreces y Toñanes, esa frontera que crea el arroyo de la Presa, se esconde un lugar con mucho encanto.
Dicho arroyo desemboca en el mar Cantábrico creando una cascada de gran belleza, entre los acantilados.
