Sometimes leaving is the best act of love and care you can give. Otherwise staying would build up hate that will destroy the both of you.
I often find myself missing moments of beauty. This man on the beach was more captivated by his cell phone than the gorgeous setting sun in the distance. Another moment missed. I do like his pose though and how the sun was in perfect alignment for this composition.

There is a glimpse of hope that I will be heading back to Scotland in 2 weeks time. Hopefully everything will go well.
Stunning fog scenery that morning. Only thing missing here is a roe deer or wild boar in the empty space to the right of the trees... o well, maybe next time :)
Mountains, sun, blue sky, skis and snow and fresh corduroy ... there is so much to LOVE in this photo. Summer here in NZ though now - a few more months before we can do THIS again here. Lovely to revisit these memories though :-)

At school maybe they told you that it is not possible to know where a horizon ends ... but then I come here and I think ... the horizon of flowers ends where that of the sea begins, it is so simple the solution I do not understand where the impossibility of knowing. Düsseldorf in the early morning,
Christian Stops and I hooked up to take some very early morning shots in January.
It was freezing cold!
Feels as though that was another world.
Can’t wait to get the chance to go out with Chris on a photo shoot again and to get another glimpse of our iconic Düsseldorf tower.
