What’s up friends?! My name is Alex and I’ll begin this fiesta right away! First of all, I can’t tell you all how stoked I am to be a piece of this puzzle. There’s so much positive energy on this page; I love it. Let’s keep it going. So I’ll start out with a little about me and we’ll roll into a day in the life of @awnorowski. By trade, I’m a cook. It was pretty cool to see but not too long ago a lady that I worked with at @heronsnc took this page over and highlighted a dinner that @curtisduffy came to town for. Before I do what I do now I spent a solid amount of time, about two years, at a restaurant called Ãn in Cary. Ãn will always hold a place in my heart because that is where I truly learned how to cook, how to love, and how to discipline myself. After Ãn I was sent to Herons which is inside the @theumstead and right across the street. It was there that @devereauxgreene taught me finesse. He taught me how to operate at the highest level and he along with Spencer pushed me harder than I thought I could ever be pushed, but it made me a stronger man and a better cook. No regrets what so ever. I left, hiked the entire @appalachiantrail, came back, and left again.
