moonriver76: Do you know anything about an American furniture company called Berne from Indiana? I have an amazing chartreuse velvety mid century sofa that I hate to sell but must to make room for a more family friendly couch. I have no idea how to price it. Any help would be so appreciated.

 

modernflamingo: @moonriver76 there was a furniture company named Berne in Berne, Indiana that closed in 2008. Dunbar also used to be in Berne. Other than that I really hadn't heard of the company before you mentioned it and I did a Google search. So I don't think the brand itself will add value to your sofa so just look for sofas with a similar style that have sold and you can come up with a price that way. Good luck!
