Pendant sa fermeture dont la réouverture est prévue en 2024, il est possible de découvrir une partie de la programmation culturelle et sportive (expositions, salons artistiques, le Saut Hermès...) au Grand Palais Éphémère, situé dans le parc du Champ-de-Mars, face à la tour Eiffel.
