This week’s seasonal Peach and Basil sourdough Focaccia.. Red Haven backyard Peaches from our little tree, sweet, juicy and caramelized in the oven, fresh Basil from our herb garden, Okanagan chèvre, Nigella seed. 🍑 All sourdough- no commercial yeast here- whole grain local Spelt, sprouted and freshly milled.
