190728: On the last Sunday in July in the morning it was cloudy - the ideal weather to clean my flat. In the afternoon we drove to Wisch by car and made a small bike ride from there. When we returned, I met my neighbor, who put the bulk garbage outside the door. I asked if I could put my TV on it. He said that electronic waste would not be taken. But he offered to take the television to the landfill for me and even carried it from my flat to the basement. That was so nice! Finally I'm off the TV. (He was still analog and therefore did not receive any programs anymore.)

190728: Am letzten Sonntag war es vormittags trüb – das ideale Wetter, um meine Wohnung zu putzen. Nachmittags fuhren wir mit dem Auto nach Wisch und machten von dort aus eine kleine Radtour. Als wir wiederkamen, traf ich meinen Nachbarn, der Sperrmüll vor die Tür stellte. Ich fragte, ob ich meinen Fernseher dazu stellen könne. Er sagte, dass Elektroschrott nicht mitgenommen werden würde. Er bot mir aber an, den Fernseher für mich zum Abfallwirtschaftshof zu bringen und trug ihn sogar von meiner Wohnung in den Keller. Das war so nett! Endlich bin ich den Fernseher los. (Er war noch analog und empfing deshalb gar keine Programme mehr.)
