Balsamroots and Basalt, Rowena, Oregon

This is from this past spring. Since I was preparing to move out of the Columbia Gorge, I made every effort to get out to the high elevations near Rowena Crest to photograph the wildflowers. I wanted to get out early to catch the good light.
