Stop and Smell the Flowers book launch party, 8/25/2023

I am so very grateful to my good friend Allen, at Books and Other Found Things, in Leesburg, Virginia for hosting the Stop and Smell the Flowers book launch event last night. These pictures only capture a fraction of the evening and friends who came out to support mine and @krisloyaart’s work, and it was so heartwarming to feel so much love and support on this very special occasion. Despite the record high temps and the heavy downpour, the place was packed with a steady stream of so many wonderful people, many of whom aren’t pictured, until the very end, and we even sold out of every hardbound book, and quite a few softcovers as well.
