Robert Emmerich - 38 NLE Long exposure Potsdamer Platz at Night 4 in Berlin - Germany
Potsdamer Platz at Night (4 of 5) aka Release 38 for my NLE (night and long exposure) project. Since I moved to the middl of Berlin I always liked to do a series of long exposures that show the translation from the blue hour to bitch black dark with some starts and even the moon direkt in the middle of the City. So this place (the Potsdamer Platz) was just perfect since you get all the cars and that nice architecture with very high buildings all around. So finally I found some time to take a set of shot over a view hours and finally process then. The 4th release fits to the third releases, but I thought it would be good to change the viewing angel a bit to get street action on the frame. Every release of this series is based on around 4-9 different exposures that I blended together in Photoshop, processed as HDR shots in Lightroom and shot with my Canon EOS 40D.
