Sometimes I get cravings for dim sum at all times of the day and it's just not convenient to go out and get it. KJ Foods makes frozen versions of shao mai and a variety of dumplings.
While these are not as big as restaurant versions, they're easy to prepare and taste pretty good. They're also a lot cheaper and very easy to prepare whenever the craving hits.
I got these at No Frills but they're available at most supermarkets.
