I saw this Cheese Rainbow Tortellini on sale and the price was too good to resist. $1.88 got me more than enough for two servings. I had it with some leftover Tomato-Chorizo sauce and it was pretty darn good!

 

I had the rest of it the next day, with a little butter and cheese. Simple and yummy!
