I took this one both because that is literally the most beautiful #tarp job I have ever seen and the blue tarp against the white #house is so striking (the house had some #roof damage in this week's storms), but also because this is one of the smallest houses I've seen in Peoria. According to #tax records, it's just 529 square feet (2 bed, 1 bath), with no outbuildings, on an unusually narrow lot that seems to have been #subdivided many years after #platting. I thought it would be very old, but though the houses around it range from 1904 to 1931, this wasn't built until 1954! #peoria #southpeoria #tinyhouse
