Just finished reading 1-31 of the #SuperiorSpiderMan (over the last few days) needed to be on board (story-wise) for the launch of #AmazingSpiderMan #1!
The series read start to finish is quite a tale and very psychological at it's roots... It was intriguing but it certainly ran it's course. I'm glad this #FreakyFriday episode of #SpiderMan is over! It will be fun to see #PeterParker rebound from the weird live #DocOck has left for him to continue living. I'm worried that there will be some contrivances to the coming stories as the people in his life are shocked back to what it's like to have the real Peter back. And he has to mend fences with others... Dan Slott is more that capable as he's proved (IMO) to keep the fun rolling though. Let the new adventures begin... #talkcomics #comichaven #comiccoverporn #comicbookfamily #comicbooklegion #comicbooksociety #comicbookcrusader #comics #comicbooks #readingcomics #lcs #fullfrontalnerdity #whatsinyourlongbox

doctornvrmore: @adam_man Thanks. Yeah the series ran a little too long for me and there were some plot holes I thought but Dan Slott is just a great exciting storyteller and the art was great. I'm a huge Parker fan so I'm very glad he's back--- although I'm already having some problems with his return... Ugh... I'm hard to pls apparently. Lol
adam_man: Hahaha yeah, spidy is my fav so I'm a bit partial to a lot of his faults, but am glad Parker is back to normal. And I know what you mean, I think if you've been reading comics for some time and read a lot of really good runs, your tolerance for average work dies off
doctornvrmore: @adam_man Very true. I've been a reader since 1983. Hawkeye (1983) #1 was my first comic. Hawkeye is my fav character... Closely followed by Peter Parker. You?
adam_man: Spiderman has been my fav since I was a toddler I used to read in primary school around 89/90 I dropped off early high school (94). But got right back into em hard around 98 n since I was working I could afford more, been reading a lot ever since. It's an addiction I am quite happy with hahaha
doctornvrmore: @adam_man Very cool. Yeah I have periods of times i have fallen away from buying/reading comics. Always find my way back tho.
adam_man: @doctornvrmore hahaha once in, never out. Over the years I just tend to add more to my list of titles I read haha
doctornvrmore: @adam_man I've recently cut back actually. Having a hard time keeping up with reading with working and kids and wife and house work and my new love for toy photography and buying toys.
adam_man: Yeah I've got a lot of catching up to do myself. Sometimes it ain't easy keeping up with them all
