I’ve been getting great questions about white privilege. When I address white privilege, understand that the roots of white privilege can be traced back to historic inequities.

Having white privilege and recognizing it is not racist. But white privilege exists because of historic and current racism and biases. Therefore, understanding white privilege requires understanding the development of white identity, the identity development for people of color, and historic racism. What do y’all think?
