Soul Searching - Living Grief with Carolyn Clairvoyant
Join me as i work through some probing soul searching questions and life lessons. I talk about the importance healing open or unresolved grief. This is often a grief from a living person or circumstances. Like a relationship which has ended and yet there is this unresolved closure from grief. The grief is unresolved because there is an inability to let go of the person or circumstance. The void is deep and for most they feel can never be healed without that person or situation returning. The expectations of a life one felt was to happen or be lived cut short by the ending - leaves the inability to to move forward - even if other parties have. I talk about the importance of finding that trigger in which to better guide towards self love and healing. It is not if the other person understands, acknowledges you pain or confusion - it is about you identifying with what is holding this grief so hard and long within your energy. It is about identifying with ways in which to heal and move forward - which feels impossible for the grief is what feels so raw and open. Reclaiming your identity which is lost within a person or situation - hence bringing a grief that inhibits the emotional, mental and physical bodies. I know I am not alone - we all have a journey and although it appears sometimes tougher than some. I believe we are always given the experiences in which to enrich our knowledge and understanding.
