Oh wait... (8 years ago, from this tragedy) "Bae, you need to lift heavy. It's not like you are going to be the incredible hulk when you lift. Trust me, it will help you become more toned." Danny insisted. "Bae, but it's too heavy. I don't know how could I lift alone when you leave for Taipei." I replied. Danny will leave for Taipei in one month's time. He will continue his research there and study mandarin for 6 months. "Bae, I know it seems hard right now. But when you channel that emotion, you would be able to move your arms and lift these dumbbells." He insisted. It was like I wanted to shout and just let all my worries, frustrations and madness out, that in a quick second, I was able to lift those 12kg dumbbells. "See what you've done just now bae? You can do everything in this world when you believe you can.", he added. He seemed proud.
