Toyota FJ Cruiser with Dynamat & Linear Power Blues Speakers & Subwoofers
Off road recreation workhorse or tune-cranking party machine? How about both! Today, we’re throwing back to 2013, when we installed a massive sound system upgrade, in this Toyota FJ Cruiser! First, we removed the factory components (including the original Toyota 8-inch subwoofer that looked oddly out-of-place, in the rear cargo area). Then we insulated strategic locations with Dynamat. And we installed a very high-quality Linear Power Blues component set and subs, consisting of dash-mouted tweeters, door-mounted 8-inch midrange speakers (using our own custom-fabricated adapter plates), and four 10-inch subwoofers in a pair of vehicle-specific enclosures (that looked even more integrated than the original factory unit)! This project turned this unique ride into the owner’s perfect all-purpose play machine, and we were glad to do our part!
